Japanese real estate company seeks an Administrative assistant ASAP-NYC

Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Employment Status: Part-time (Non-Exempt)
Pay: $18.00 (Depending upon experience)
Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. or up to 30 hrs / week

• Real Estate Administrator provides vital back –office support to Real Estate Agent teams in our Residential Division, so that they can focus on meeting their targets.
Real Estate Administrative Assistant assists Real Estate Agents with the following duties:
* Responding to incoming phone calls and emails.
* Update CRM systems and Excel Sheets on regular and consistent basis.
* Interface with internal and external departments or vendors, including Marketing, Technical Support, Finance, Shipping, etc.
* Process order reports, deal reports, expense reports, payment requests, commission reports.
* Creating material for meetings.
* Updating and maintaining information on the system and Excel Sheet, files, etc.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with accuracy.
• High level of internet data management competency.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Capability of learning computer systems and programs.
• Language skills level: Japanese(Fluent), English(business)
• Work experience with sales assistant position.
• Strong team player.

Location: Midtown, NY
Salary: $18/hour
